Mitch just called and we have a home. We need to do an inspection and the bank wants to close on Oct. 3rd. All weekend we were worried that we bid to low and hoped for another chance to bib. Monday afternoon Mitch called and said this is the e-mail he recieved and wanted to know what we wanted to do. Date: Mon, 22 Sep 2008 16:27:28 +0000> > The seller has chosen to give every one a final chance to change their offer if they choose to . If no change just email me back your buyers name and their final offer or no change. This expires today at 6:00 pm if I have not heard from you by then I will put in that your buyer has no change. Mitch was busy showing homes in Chandler and couldn't get away to show us the home again so we peeked around at it and called a couple of contractors about how much it would cost to change the garage back. Called a pool man about if the back yard was big enough for a pool, which he said it was. We wished the yard was a little bigger. We decided to offer more and we now have a home. We will never know what the next highest bid was and we don't really want to know. We would have been sad if we would have just missed out. When the inspector is there we will make sure the home is good, which we can still back out if it isn't, and we will take some pictures and post them. Love ya Mom

Yay!! Congratulations!!! Hope the inspection goes good and you can move in soon. I'm glad we didn't have to bid. Sounds pretty scary to me. Love you guys.

Theres a lot less cabinets than you had but I like it. You are right the back yard is pretty small, but than you don't have to take care of as much. I'm sure Craig will enjoy not having to mow the lawn twice a week now.
